As concess\u00f5es preveem R$ 26 bilh\u00f5es em investimentos. Atualmente, o estado opera com <strong>37 p\u00f3rticos free flow<\/strong> em diferentes rodovias.<\/p>\n<h2>Detalhes dos novos trechos e investimentos previstos<\/h2>\n<p>Um dos principais lotes a ser leiloado \u00e9 a <strong>Rota Mogiana<\/strong>, que abrange <strong>520 quil\u00f4metros<\/strong>\u00a0entre <strong>Campinas e Ribeir\u00e3o Preto<\/strong>, envolvendo as concession\u00e1rias Renovias e o DER-SP. O contrato de concess\u00e3o deve prever investimentos da ordem de <strong>R$ 9,4 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong>, incluindo implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do free flow com tecnologias avan\u00e7adas.<\/p>\n<p>O governo tamb\u00e9m destaca o lote <strong>Litoral Paulista<\/strong>, cuja concess\u00e3o j\u00e1 foi vencida pelo Cons\u00f3rcio Novo Litoral e est\u00e1 em processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>15 pontos de ped\u00e1gio do tipo free flow<\/strong>. Neste trecho, as tarifas estar\u00e3o <strong>20% mais baratas<\/strong> na Rodovia Padre Manoel da N\u00f3brega, ligando Praia Grande a Peru\u00edbe.<\/p>\n<p>Outra \u00e1rea que receber\u00e1 o sistema \u00e9 a <strong>Rota Sorocabana e a Nova Raposo<\/strong>, com previs\u00e3o de investimentos que somam cerca de <strong>R$ 16,7 bilh\u00f5es<\/strong> para a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do free flow. O modelo incluir\u00e1 descontos para usu\u00e1rios frequentes, com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de <strong>10% nas tarifas ap\u00f3s 10 passagens<\/strong> e <strong>20% ap\u00f3s 21 passagens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Funcionamento do sistema e facilidades para o usu\u00e1rio<\/h2>\n<p>A tecnologia free flow permite a cobran\u00e7a via chip\/tag instalado no para-brisa ou pelo reconhecimento eletr\u00f4nico da placa veicular, o que elimina a necessidade de parar em cabines com cancelas.<\/p>\n<p>A <strong>Ag\u00eancia Reguladora de Transportes do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo (Artesp)<\/strong> criou o portal <a href=\"https:\/\/sigafacil.artesp.sp.gov.br\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Siga F\u00e1cil<\/a>, que unifica o pagamento de todos os ped\u00e1gios free flow do instalados nas rodovias estaduais de S\u00e3o Paulo.
